Youth Basketball Clinic with the Dakota Wizards
Bismarck Optimist Club Projects
The basketball clinic held on Monday, February 20th at the Civic Center was a huge success!  At least 83 youth registered for the event.  Each clinic participant received a free ticket to that evening's home game.   Everyone also enjoyed the prizes and pizza!

Thank you to Tom Miller for handling the registration and to the Dakota Wizards and fellow Optimists who worked the event!

Our gift wrap booth near Herbergers at the Kirkwood Mall was a resounding success. We made over $16,200; that’s up nearly $2,000 from last year! Tips from generous and satisfied shoppers amounted to 25.8% of the total. Our club members volunteered 562 hours (61%) at the booth which was manned for a total of 922 hours. A big thank you goes to Russ Harkness for coordinating this project. Way to go Bismarck Optimists!!
